Kelowna and the Central Okanagan
We are based in Kelowna and work throughout the region: every Kelowna neighbourhood, across the bridge to West Kelowna and Peachland, north through Lake Country to Oyama, east to Joe Rich and Big White, and south to Summerland, Naramata, Penticton and Okanagan Falls.
The region changes quickly, and so do the systems. Lower Mission lots have mature trees to model around. Vineyard and orchard properties often have better ground than roof. Big White needs racking rated for heavy alpine snow. In Joe Rich, many properties have never had a grid connection. The utility changes too: FortisBC, BC Hydro, or the municipal utilities in Penticton and Summerland.
