Solar Panels Kelowna helps property owners across the Central Okanagan spend less on electricity. We work with homeowners, businesses and off-grid owners from Lake Country down to Peachland and Summerland, and across the lake in West Kelowna.
Most of our customers fit one of three groups. Homeowners want to know whether panels will pay for themselves on their roof, and what rebate they qualify for, which in Kelowna depends on whether FortisBC or BC Hydro sends the bill. Businesses, wineries and orchards have big roofs or spare land and demand charges they would rather not pay. Rural and off-grid owners in places like Joe Rich, the Naramata benches and Big White need power that doesn’t depend on a line from the road.

Numbers Before Hardware
Before anyone mentions panel brands, we work out the figures. We look at twelve months of your usage, measure your roof planes, check orientation and shading, and look up your utility’s rebate rules and how it credits the power you send to the grid. Then we give you the expected annual output, any rebate you qualify for and the payback year, in writing.
Sometimes the numbers don’t work: a north-facing roof, heavy shade from mature trees, or a bill too small to offset. When that happens we tell you. It costs us a job, but it saves you 25 years with a system that under-delivers, and people remember who gave them the honest answer.
Who Does the Work
Installations are carried out by our own team and by our vetted local contractor partners. All of them are licensed electricians and installers who pull the right permits and commission every grid-tied system to FortisBC or BC Hydro interconnection requirements.
We are upfront about this because it is how good trade work gets done in a region this size, and because it means your crew knows Okanagan roofs, heat and snow loads. One thing doesn’t change: you keep one point of contact from the first estimate to switch-on.
