Who You’ll Work With
A solar project passes through several sets of hands. Instead of names and headshots, here is what each role does and when you will hear from them.
Installations are carried out by our team and our vetted local contractor partners, and all electrical work is done by licensed electricians. Your point of contact stays the same throughout.
Solar Assessor
Your first call. Pulls your usage history, confirms your utility, models your roof and shade, and prepares the output, rebate and payback figures. Also the person who tells you when solar doesn’t make sense on your property.
Design & Permitting
Turns the assessment into a system: panel layout, inverter choice, racking rated for local snow and wind, and the electrical design. Files the permit, the net-metering or self-generation application and any BC Hydro rebate claim.
Installation Crew
Licensed electricians and installers who fit the racking, panels and wiring and connect the system. Hot summer roofs, steep hillside homes, winery buildings and snow country are all normal work for them.
Service & Support
After switch-on: output checks, inverter faults, cleaning and inspections, including on systems we didn’t install. The people to call when your production drops.
